Discount Book Distributors (DBD) is committed to excellence in all we do. This commitment especially applies to customer service. Unfortunately, there will be situations where orders may be inaccurate, incomplete or damaged by mistake. We also realize that, for whatever reason, products may fail to meet your expectations. We have developed the following guidelines for returning products to DBD.

Damaged Products: If you receive a product from DBD that is damaged you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund. DBD will also reimburse you for the return postage (media mail only). Once we receive the damaged product, we will immediately send a replacement to you at no additional charge.

Incomplete/Inaccurate Orders: If the order you received from DBD is incomplete or contains products you did not order, please email us at mail@discountbookdistributors.com or call 1-800-678-3915. If your order is incomplete, we will send the missing product to you as quickly as possible. If your order contains inaccurate products, they should be returned to us in a sellable condition within 30 days to receive a full refund. DBD will reimburse you for the return postage (media mail only).

Returns Due to Dissatisfaction: In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in sellable condition (package well to avoid damage in transit) within 30 days for a refund. Products must be returned in sellable condition within this time period to receive a refund. In this instance, DBD is not responsible for the cost of return postage and will deduct a 10% restocking fee from the refunded amount.

NOTE: Audio/Visual media may only be returned for exchange if unopened, defective, or damaged; otherwise, no refunds will be given on Audio/Visual products.
